Do you have a marginally performing employee? Not sure exactly what to do? Should you keep supporting them? When (in what circumstances) should you terminate their employment? This workshop will help you determine if your employee has the SKILL to succeed, and if he/she has the WILL to succeed and what to do if there is a deficiency in either.
