But few people understand the structure, techniques and approaches they should use during each individual situation that requires negotiating. This hands-on seminar gives you a step-by-step guide on how to effectively negotiate in every business situation. You must identify the problem, understand it from the other’s perspective, generate alternative solutions, select a solution that benefits both sides; and then, create and implement a negotiation plan.
