Time: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm
This course is a Leadership Development focused class with an emphasis on Talent Management, Coaching, Strategic Planning, Conflict Management and Career Acceleration.
This course is designed to deepen your leadership skills and business knowledge to help you attract, develop and retain talented and motivated employees. With enhanced skills in communication, talent management, career acceleration and strategy, your value in the market will grow.

Will I earn a certificate for completing this course?
Certificates of completion will be given to all students who have satisfactorily completed course requirements. Multi-course programs require satisfactory completion of all courses before a certificate is given.
Is financial assistance available for this course?
An application for financial assistance (in the form of a 10% course-fee rebate) is available to all enrolled students. If you feel you are eligible for financial assistance, please complete this application after enrolling. These are highly competitive scholarships and eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Students deemed eligible will receive a rebate equal to 10% of the course fee paid at the time of enrollment.

What if I need to drop this course?
All PACE courses must be dropped no later than 3 business days before the first class session to be eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Course materials are ineligible for refunds.
Do I need to be a people manager to benefit from this course?
No, this course will touch on relevant business concepts and skills from a variety of vantage points, helping you to broaden your perspective and understanding of the workplace.
I am a seasoned leader with a senior position. Should I be concerned that the course material will not match my level of experience?
The road to great leadership is a journey that lends itself to continuous improvement. While you may have experience in many of the areas our subject matter will cover, the course is designed to help leaders “do better” – not just “know better.” We bring the real world into the classroom for this course and help students leverage strengths and close gaps.
I am just out of school and in my first entry level job. I am not sure what career path I want to take. Is a leadership class the right fit for me?
The course covers materials that is relevant for people in all stages of their careers. No matter what path you take, the skills you will be exposed to in this course will help you succeed. We have a module dedicated to career acceleration which helps you think strategically about your career opportunities.
This class is virtual. I am not sure I will be as engaged as I would be if the class was in person. Although the class is virtual, the format of the course is designed to be highly engaging and focus on peer learning in addition to instructor-led content. My goal is for you to finish the semester with a strong network of colleagues that you can leverage / connect with going forward.

Kimberly Hill Putman is an experienced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) to C-suite and senior level executives and emerging leaders. She is distinguished by her expertise in coaching leaders through transitions of all types including integration into new corporate cultures, team restructuring and executive alignment. She works with clients to clarify mission, vision, and values, create strategic plans and ensure congruence.
