UNO Faculty-Industry Engagement Program
Making connections
UNO is piloting a Faculty-Industry Engagement Program, the first of its kind in Louisiana. An immersive 2–4-week experience, it is intended to uncover collaborative opportunities between your organization and UNO, for mutual benefit.
The Division of Professional, Adult, and Continuing Education (PACE) and Office of Experiential Learning and Community Engagement (ELCE) will facilitate the process of matching organization and project hosts with prospective faculty advisors, and in collaboration with your organization, will steward project development and execution. The engagement will culminate in participating faculty advisors developing a PACE course proposal.
Grant-funded faculty stipends are available! For a limited period, grant funding is available to cover the cost of the faculty time spent with your organization, i.e., this comes at no cost to your organization!
