The global virtual events market was valued at $114.12 billion in 2021 and is anticipated to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.4% from 2022 to 2030. Digital platforms allow users to participate in any event remotely, regardless of location. Several web-based systems can be used to connect attendees from all over the world. The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) is particularly allowing online communication and collaborative activities to cover all the aspects of a physical event.

Through her business, Monica helps event entrepreneurs to launch, pivot, and grow their businesses through virtual events. She is also a corporate event planner and catering manager for Caesars Hotel & Casino and has experience hosting hybrid events for over 5000 attendees at a time.
She has been in the event management industry for over 20 years and holds a Certificate in Event Management, Planning Virtual & Hybrid Events and Meeting Management from Cvent and the Event Leadership Institute and a BA in Sociology from Rowan University.
