Bennetta Raby is an innovator, growth catalyst and reinvention expert that has dedicated her life journey to unlocking the potential of others through the power of transformation.  She passionately believes that regardless of where an individual, organization or community starts their passage to excellence that the true goal is to shift their hearts and minds towards the relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.

Previous transformational positions Bennetta has held are Chief Transformation Officer, Chief of Staff, Learning and Development Executive, Enterprise PMO Executive and Global Consultant. Her volunteer and advocacy work has been just as rich. Bennetta has served as a volunteer advisor to many entities including Independent School districts, city municipalities, Community Benefit, Woman/Minority Business Entities, The Quality Texas Foundation, Malcolm Baldrige Quality Program, Stanford University, Naveen Jindal School of Business, MIT and the Microsoft Envision Program. She has also mentored several boards and leadership teams in the United States, Latin America, and Africa through their performance excellence journeys.

Bennetta is a proud Alumna of the University of New Orleans where she earned her Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science, she also holds a dual master’s degree in Management and Project Management from the University of Management & Technology. Certifications include: Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program, Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Strategy Execution. She is currently working with several high profile organizations across the U.S. with particular focus on teaching, executive coaching and organizational excellence. Bennetta will begin her PhD in the upcoming fall and further her dedication to teaching.
