For Students

As part of the Innovation Academy experience, competitive students will have the opportunity to apply for participation in work-based, earn-and-learn apprenticeships with employer partners in the Greater New Orleans region. Apprenticeships are built on competency-based milestones developed in partnership with industry leaders. Apprentices are paid for the duration of their placement, as well as paired with a mentor at their host employer. Opportunities can vary in length depending on industry placement and needs of the employer.
