In partnership with the Gulfcoast Regional Education and Training Consortium, part of the PACE mission is to provide the Greater New Orleans Region and the Gulf Coast with expanded, affordable regional leadership and workforce education and training resources. We provide access to a wide array of training providers and professional development programs as well as post baccalaureate opportunities for employees at all levels of the workforce. Through consortium partnership with larger organizations, government workers, MWBE’s, and other small businesses can receive training that otherwise may not be accessible to them.

Submit your grant application

Partner with a PACE team member, and we will assist you through every stage of the grant application process.

Begin training

After your grant application is written and approved, we will deliver customized training to meet the needs of your organization.

IWTP Grants

A number of Louisiana businesses are already enabling FREE training for their employees through IWTP grants. Take advantage of this program and contact us to learn how you can get started!

Your Louisiana business is eligible for IWTP dollars if:

  • You have been in business in Louisiana for at least 3 years.
  • You have 15 or more employees.
  • You pay Louisiana unemployment insurance tax on your employees.

SBET Program

The (SBET) program is designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the skill development of existing employees through individual, standardized (off-the-shelf) training.

Your Louisiana business is eligible for IWTP (SBET) dollars if:

  • You have been in business in Louisiana for at least 3 years.
  • You have 50 or fewer employees.
  • Trainees must be incumbent workers for whom the employer incurs a UI tax liability for the state of Louisiana.
