This workshop will provide participants with an overview of contracts law, including the formation and performance of contracts. Numerous practical issues regarding the negotiation and the administration of contracts, including provisions regarding payment, insurance, quality control, compliance, dispute resolution, and risk management will be covered. The workshop will also focus on pertinent parts of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
